When you join ASAP Community, we collect the information you provide during signup, such as your name and email address. If you choose to become a paid member, payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
As you use the community, we also receive basic usage information, such as pages visited and features used, which helps us keep the platform working well.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide access to the community.
- To send you onboarding messages, community updates, and information about your membership.
- To respond when you contact us for help.
- To understand how the community is used so we can improve it.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share what you post inside the community with anyone outside it.
- We never require you to use your full name inside the community. Many parents choose a first name or initials, and that is welcome here.
Anonymity and community privacy
ASAP Community is a private space. What is shared in the community stays in the community. Members agree not to disclose other members' stories, personal information, or experiences outside of this space.
Third party services
Our community is hosted on Circle, and payments are handled by our payment processor. These providers process your information only to deliver their services to us, under their own privacy and security commitments.
Your choices
You may update your profile information at any time, unsubscribe from non essential emails using the link in any message, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us.
Children
ASAP Community is designed for parents and caregivers. It is intended for use by adults, not by minors.
