What ASAP Community is
The Adolescent Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) Program, including all resources, materials, and tools such as the Articles of Action and associated workshops, is provided solely for educational purposes for parents. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it does not replace professional diagnosis, counseling, or treatment. Participation does not create a professional or confidential relationship between you and the program, its facilitators, or its owners.
Parents are encouraged to consult qualified professionals regarding specific concerns about their adolescent's mental health, substance use, or related issues.
Membership and complimentary access
New members receive 30 days of complimentary access. No payment method is required to begin. Near the end of the complimentary period, you may choose to continue with a paid membership. If you choose not to continue, your access simply changes at the end of the period, and you are welcome back at any time.
Your conduct in the community
- Treat every member with kindness, compassion, and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks result in removal from the community.
- What is shared in the community stays in the community. Do not share other members' stories, information, or experiences outside this space.
- Keep discussions relevant to the community's purpose: substance abuse prevention, intervention, and parental support.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to advertise unrelated products or services.
Content and intellectual property
All materials within the ASAP Program, including the Articles of Action, workshops, videos, and other resources, are protected by intellectual property laws and are provided for your personal, non commercial use as a registered member. Copying, distributing, or sharing program materials outside the community is not permitted.
Content you post remains yours. By posting, you give us permission to display it within the community.
The program is for parental use
ASAP Community is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not intended for direct use by adolescents. Parents are solely responsible for how they use the information provided within the context of their own families.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The community and its materials are provided as is, without warranties about suitability, reliability, or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASAP Community and its owners, staff, and facilitators are not liable for any damages related to the use of, or reliance on, information contained within the program. Any actions you take based on program information are at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the community after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced inside the community.
